Return An Item for Refund Directly to Bon Terre™

To complete your return, you must enclose your original receipt and packing slip in your package.

To be eligible for a complete refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original packaging or condition, has damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will result in non-eligibility for refund.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be returned to our stock and you will be issued a partial refund in the form of a gift certificate/store credit. Partial credits are determined on a per product basis.

Unless items arrived to you damaged, return shipping must be paid by customer.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gift Returns or Exchanges
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Most orders are processed through our warehouse within 24-48 hours of receipt and may be shipped via Standard, Premium or Express delivery. All expedited priority orders must be placed by 12 noon Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day. If placed after this, your order will be processed the following business day.
Standard Shipping
Items shipped via Standard delivery usually take 3 to 5 business days once they've been shipped. Shipping and Service Charges include apportioned shipping, order processing, packaging, returns processing, credit services, customer service and other costs related to serving you at your home.
Premium Shipping
Items shipped via Premium delivery usually take 2 to 3 business days once they've been shipped. Orders received on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.
Express
Items shipped via Express delivery usually take 1 to 2 business days once they've been shipped. Orders received on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.

Bon Terre™ is currently offering FREE STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders $150 and over (excluding taxes). Valid for qualifying orders only and shipped to the contiguous 48 states. Shipping and Service charges are subject to change.

UPS Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air Saver deliver Monday - Friday.
USPS delivers Monday - Saturday.
Truck Ship Items
Items shipped via truck, indicated by (truck symbol), may require customer assistance upon delivery. You will be contacted to make an appointment for delivery. Any special shipping charges will be shown in parentheses on the product page and are in addition to standard shipping & service charges. Truck shipments to Canada will incur an additional $100 charge.
