Wellness Properties of Jasmine and Rose Essential Oils:
Jasmine is used to calm nerves, reduce anxiety, depression, fatigue, menstrual cramps and menopausal symptoms. Not only does it reduce feelings of stress, but it actually is able to stimulate feelings of positivity and energy. And, It is also said to act as an aphrodisiac. 

The Rose aroma has been shown to have anti-depressant benefits and is traditionally used to calm and uplift.

13.5 oz Tumbler burns up to 65 hrs. 
3.5 oz Tumbler burns up to 22 hrs. 

Upon first burn:

• Before lighting your candle for the first time, trim the wick to 1/4" 

• To avoid tunneling, allow the candle to burn until the wax melts and pools evenly along the entire surface, edge to edge. The entire top should be liquid. Note: Standard candle burn is about an hour per inch of surface wax. Example, 3" diameter candle will need about 3 hours for entire surface to be liquid. 

Subsequent use:

• It is recommended to burn your candle no more than 3-4 hours per day. More than 3-4 hours burn time will increase carbon deposits. The wick may mushroom creating soot and smoke leaving debris in your wax.
• Trim the wick to 1/4" before each new lighting. 

Cautions:

• Burn candles in a well-ventilated room
• Keep the wax pool clear of wick trimmings, matches and debris
• Keep burning candles away from drafts, vents, fans or air currents
• Burn candles in an ambient of 65–75 degrees °F
• Do not leave your burning candle unattended
